The Collaborator Network exists for settlers working in health organisations and education institutions, who are committed to anti-racism and practising critical allyship.
The Network is available to settlers who have completed our Cultural Safety and Critical Consciousness workshops, so they are able to maintain a connection with Weenthunga and contribute to movement building via the Network.
The practice of critical allyship is a lifelong journey of unlearning, re-learning and self-reflection. Our Collaborator Network is a place to grow understandings of anti-racism and critical allyship, as well as bring individual and collective accountability to the application and practice of learnings.
Our fee-for-service activities for Collaborator Network learners include:
- Individual backing, such as coaching and reflective practice prompts
- Collective backing, such as a quarterly online Community of Practice
- Our annual Health Justice Collaborators Gathering (start 2027)
- Priority entry to our open collaborator events such as symposiums
For settlers who are yet to enrol in our Cultural Safety and Critical Consciousness workshops, we recommend signing up to our monthly eNews for up-to-date information about collaborator events and to access articles that back the ongoing collaborator learning journey.
Reach out to the Collaborator Network team below and we can answer any questions you may have about the Network as well as add you to our database to keep you up-to-date on any learner events.
